Terms of Service & Image License Agreement

REP Space – Terms of Service & Image License

• By scheduling services with REP Space, the client agrees to the following Terms of Service.

Copyright Ownership

• REP Space retains all copyrights and ownership of all media, including but not limited to: photographs, videos, drone footage, floor plans, virtual tours, and other media created during the course of providing services.

• Payment for services grants a license to use the media but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

 

License

• Upon full payment, REP Space grants the client a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for marketing the specific property and listing for which the media was originally commissioned.

• The license is granted only to the client who commissioned the work and may not be assigned, transferred, shared, or otherwise used by another person, brokerage, company, or entity without the prior written consent of REP Space.

Subsequent Listings

• If the property is listed again, regardless of ownership, listing agent, or brokerage, the original license does not carry forward. Continued use of the media requires written authorization from REP Space and is subject to an additional licensing fee.

Unauthorized Use

• Any use of the media outside the scope of this license constitutes unauthorized use and may violate United States copyright law.

​

Portfolio Use

• REP Space reserves the right to use all created media for portfolio, marketing, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the project.

​

Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana.

​

• Booking services with REP Space or usage of any delivered media constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
